Cars4kids supplies everything from their own stock. If a product is sold out, you cannot order it. We believe that it is very important to deliver everything out of our own stock, because you don’t have to deal with a second party. Like many web stores, we do not work on the basis of dropshipping, where you order something and later receive an email that the ordered product is not in stock or has a longer delivery time. Many internet shops work with dropshipping (customer orders an article from the web store, the web store in question then orders it from the wholesaler, after which the wholesaler sends the article, if in stock).

Delivery time

After we receive the payment your order will be shipped the same day.

We are unable to ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Cars4kids has all products that you can order on the website in stock. We ship daily, so from Monday to Friday.
Because we deliver from our own stock, we can significantly shorten the delivery time. We can clearly indicate to the customer how and when the product will be sent. Orders are often shipped the same or the next business day.

Although Cars4kids delivers from our own stock, we are of course also dependent on the parcel services. The parcel services are responsible for the shipment.

Most vehicles are shipped by and under the responsibility of PostNL. We recommend you to place your order in time if it is needed before a certain date. When shipping with PostNL you will receive a track & trace link, with that link you can track the shipment.

The larger, 2 person vehicles, are sent with a pallet / parcel service. These are normally delivered within 1 to 1.5 weeks. The carrier will make a delivery appointment with you by telephone.

Pick up

It is possible to pick your order up at our location in Doetinchem (The Netherlands) by appointment. You can also view the articles in our showroom and make your choice.
