Returns

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the contract without giving reasons for at least fourteen days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. Fill in our return form for this.

Handle the product with care

During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur. In accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

Cooling-off period of 14 days

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are for your account / for the account of the consumer. Payment costs, such as the PayPal surcharge, are not refunded by us.

Return request

If you want to return an item, please contact Cars4Kids Trading first by sending us an email with your return request, or by completing the return form and sending it by email to info@cars4kidstrading.com. You will then receive further instructions by e-mail about how to return the item to us and the address details for the return shipment. We will also ask you without obligation about the reason for return. You must take care of the return shipment yourself and the shipping costs for the return shipment are for your account. Payment costs, such as the PayPal surcharge, are not refunded by us.

Refund

Reimbursement takes place within 14 days after termination of the agreement. The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with paying back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.
