In the event of a defect that is not caused by improper use, a claim can be made under this warranty. Cars4kids Trading replaces or repairs the product, after assessment by Cars4Kids Trading after receipt of the product returned by the customer.

If it is necessary to have the product repaired by Cars4kids Trading, the customer must send the product to Cars4kids Trading at his own expense, or make an appointment to deliver the product. It is advisable to keep the packaging / box during the warranty period. Cars4kids Trading also assesses whether the returned product has become defective due to improper use. Any shipping costs for sending parts are at the expense of the customer.
